Late registrations
Late registrations are possible on race day from 13.00 to 13.30.

Personal data / pictures
By registering, runners of the Glacier Run, Aletsch Mini Run and Aletsch Sprint agree that film recordings, photos and interviews may be made during the event without any claim to remuneration. Participants' personal data may be used for marketing purposes and may also be passed on to third parties. The organizer undertakes to process all personal data only in accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act.
Prize distribution
The prize distribution will take place at 16:00 at the Bachtla sports center. Every participant who reaches the finish line will receive an award. The first three in each runner category will receive special prizes. Those who do not attend the award ceremony in person are not entitled to a prize.
Ranking list
Ranking lists can be found directly after the race on the website www.aletsch-halbmarathon.ch or www.datasport.com. No ranking lists will be sent out.
Medical service
The medical service is provided by the Betten-Bettmeralp Samaritan Association in the start and finish area.

Entry fee
Start fees at a glance:
- Glacier run: free of charge
- Aletsch Mini Run: free of charge
- Aletsch Sprint: CHF 20.
Your start number is valid as a ticket for a one-off trip down the mountain on the cable car. For participants who have registered for a Swiss Runners Ticket from SBB, use of the cable cars is generally free of charge. If you do not take part in the race despite having registered, you are not entitled to a refund of the entry fee. However, if you register online, you have the option of taking out cancellation insurance.

Route description
Start
The starting area for the junior and glacier run categories as well as for the Aletsch Sprint is located at the Betten-Bettmeralp cable car mountain station.
The start for the mother-child and father-child races is at the village square on Bettmeralp.
Finish
The finish for all races on Saturday is at the "Bachtla" sports center on Bettmeralp.
Toilets
Toilets are available at the start along the start zone and at the finish.
Changing rooms/showers
Before the start there are separate changing rooms for girls and boys in the finish area at the Bachtla sports center. After the race, the shower tent is located at the tennis hall in the Bachtla sports center. Mirrors and hair dryers are available in the changing rooms. The shower facilities will be closed at 15:00.
Insurance
The organizers make every effort to offer runners optimal conditions on the course. But beware: the Aletsch Half Marathon and the Aletsch Saturday races take place in alpine terrain. Therefore, make sure you have good insurance cover! Each participant is responsible for this. The organizer accepts no liability. By registering, you confirm that you have adequate insurance cover and have made the appropriate training preparations. Important: For reasons of safety and sporting fairness, it is not permitted to leave the designated running route.
Valuables
Valuables can be handed in at the luggage depot in the goods hall (Bettmeralp cable car mountain station) before the start and collected at the finish tent in the Bachtla sports center (max. 1 C3 envelope).
Timekeeping
Timekeeping is carried out by the company Datasport. The running time is recorded with a chip. This means that the timekeeping for each participant only begins as soon as they cross the start line and ends when they cross the finish line.
Finish
The finish of all Saturday races is at the Bachtla sports center.
