Categories
The main starting field for the Aletsch Half-Marathon is divided into categories for men and women. There is also a category for Nordic Walking and the “Gletschi” race for runners under 18 years of age and the Marmot race for runners under 12. You can find your respective running time in the rankings list for your category.

It was a sensational experience to take part in the Aletsch Half-Marathon. Wonderful weather and an incredible feeling running towards the finish line with so many spectators watching. I particularly liked the circuit around Riederfurka and, of course, the first glimpse of the glacier.
